Two-panel sliding doors consist of two panels guided on a shared running system. Together they cover a much greater width than a single panel, so you can use them to cover a large wardrobe, a wide alcove or a broad passage. Each panel slides separately along the wall or under the ceiling, without the need to leave space for opening. This is the choice for interiors where a single panel would be too large and inconvenient for everyday use.

Construction and operation

The two panels move along the track independently of each other. You slide back the panel that covers the area you need access to, while the other remains in place. This arrangement facilitates access to a wide wardrobe or closet and allows you to use the entire space comfortably. A running system that guides both panels evenly is responsible for smooth, quiet operation.

When to choose two panels

The two-panel version is primarily suitable for wide openings. If a single panel would have to be very wide, it becomes heavy and harder to operate. Splitting it into two panels solves this problem and provides a more proportional, lightweight appearance. It’s a good solution for covering an alcove across the full width of a wall and for dividing zones in larger rooms.

Variants available in this category

In this category you’ll find a full range of finishes. Smooth classic fronts, such as Lores and Arto, suit minimalist arrangements. Models with slats, like AROMA and PRIMA, add texture and rhythm to the surface. Mirror versions, including Moza, Kama, MONO and RIVI, visually enlarge the interior and provide a large reflective surface for light.

Wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted installation

Two-panel doors are available in wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted versions. The wall track is mounted to the wall above the opening, while the ceiling version is chosen when there is no wall above the opening or when you want to enclose the space to the full room height. In ceiling-mounted doors, a cover approximately 8 cm deep conceals the running mechanism.

Designing in the 3D configurator

You design each door yourself in the 3D configurator. You start with the board colour. Options include, among others, white, black, Artisan oak and Craft golden oak, alongside other finish variants. The fronts are made from 18 mm laminated chipboard, resistant to scratches and everyday use.

Handles and accessories

Choose a handle in white, black, silver, brushed or mirror finish. You can mount it from the rear of the door or omit it entirely. In slatted models you also select the colour of the slats spaced every 2.5 cm. For added convenience you can add a soft-close mechanism that gently and quietly closes the panel.

Dimensions tailored to the centimetre

Doors are made to measure with an accuracy of 1 cm. Two panels cover considerably wider openings than a single panel, so they work well for extensive wardrobes and built-in closets. Ceiling versions have a higher lower height range than wall-mounted ones. You set the exact ranges in the configurator, so before ordering it is worth measuring the opening and room height and allowing some margin for coverage.

Where these doors are suitable

Two-panel sliding doors will neatly close a wide wardrobe and separate a bedroom from the living area. In a living room they will enclose a capacious niche, and in a hallway or laundry room they will keep things tidy behind a coherent front. Wherever an opening is too wide for a single panel, two panels organise the space and maintain a light, aesthetic appearance.
